Finally got to making the deer sausage from 2008 hunt.

Made these little guys last week

Its my buddies place where we make the sausage. The Kegs are actually used for cider. The beer is made at my place

Saw the flip tops in the back. Figured it was beer.

No idea what the rest of the joint looks like, but it must be getting close to paradise.

Well, if I would have had a pic from Nov. there would have been all kinds of meats I cannot pronounce hanging from the ceiling lol. As for the flip tops, that is what we use for beer and cider. I find it easier than messing with caps, plus you get a bottle that holds more and looks nicer to boot when your passing them out.
