As a lark the other day I put my 28 gauge Briley Side Kick adapters into my Cyl/Cyl bored hammer gun and skeet loads ( 3/4 oz 8.5's)and shot a round of wobble trap with it !
It was interesting for sure!
Every bird I missed, I pretty much knew why however , making me wonder just how much difference the tighter chokes would make.
This Spring I shot a few low 20's rounds with my 20 with the wrong choke as well, I was using IC .
I know many doubles shooters use IC fir their first barrel , but they know where thar first bird us going to be.
Has anybody done some work on an ATA wobble trap range with 28's , and how did you do?
Years ago when I first got my FaustiDea in 28 I shot a bit of trap with it and did very well
