Savagelh, you missed the boat for this year WRT Bonus/Preference Points but you should start looking into Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. With no points you can still easily draw an Antelope tag in Wyoming, filling the tag is a different thing.
You can build points in those states and start hunting fairly soon. For example, a General Elk Tag in Wyoming takes 1 PP with a Special License. Same with Mule Deer in Wyoming, I've been applying in Wyoming for a few years now but started looking into Colorado and Montana for future seasons I personally didn't purchase Elk PP in Wyoming the past three years, only got Mule and Antelope and regret doing so tremendously. As far as Pronghorn go, I am more than happy to send you more info in PM if you want, there are some good/easy to draw areas that are fun to hunt in Wyoming if you are not lazy and willing to put miles on your boots.
I finally burned my Antelope points this past fall and intend on applying for an easy to draw 2nd choice tag next year and will burn my Mule points as well. Finally making the trip and hunting a western state opened my eyes and will try to return as much as I can in the future.
Cheers
