I thought she looked familiar :p. Does anyone know if the Israeli military has improved its sniper program? A few years back, their sniper program was the ridicule of most.

Does this sound dumb or do able. I'm thinking that the current scope mounted on the barrel might not be the best. Would a modified arms type that replaced the charger guide with the rear securing pad. Then leave the top of the chamber area open and start the actual rail above the receiver and go all the way forward to where it will lock into the front sight dovetail kinda like the new full length rails on AR's?

Oh, and i bet her bum jiggles like a bowl of raspberry jello when she shoots.
 
Looks like that would eject casings right off the ear defender. Assuming you were wearing them - if you weren't I'd bet that would be just plain uncomfortable.

I think that should really read "The only Armed Forces that make and issue clothing that shows of the fuller figured woman rather than the Standard nato camouflage sacks we issue ours!"
I know I would have enjoyed my national service in Israel!
A chap I used to work for did his there being Jewish he was expected to do something. He had a reasonably quiet time but enjoyed it nonetheless, I'm sure I know why!
As for their sniper program, if it is really more of a sharpshooters program that may be because it has developed to suit their particular needs over the years than what we deem necessary. These people have been at war since the state was declared, I'd credit them with enough experience to determine what is and isnt necessary. The one thing they do well is feedback on fighting which changes tactics equipment and doctrine!

Ah, the tough choice that faces us in the western world, that or a Burka - I know which one I'm going with :D
 
Why not everyone needs a small bore trainer sometime. we have experimented with fitting SUSAT to the 10/22, not much joy!
