ID This Buck Mark

I can't remember where I found this picture. I've had it saved on my PC for some time. I keep trying to find a decent deal on a Buck Mark, but they go quickly. This one looks like a Camper, but the Camper doesn't come with grooved grips. You'll also notice that the barrel mentions Montreal PQ. I've been told that means it's probably built in the 90's, so that specific model might not be available anymore. Point being, this is what I'm looking for, but I need to ID it in order to find one. I'm fine with buying the grips separately, but aftermarket grooved ones don't fit the Camper.

I have no idea if I am even close... I have no experience with pistols. Just doin some google image searches and here is what I found...

I think if you take the Browning Buck Mark Camper Stainless Steel URX MS Ultragrip RX Pro 5 1/2"

and put the Buck Mark Ultima Target with Finger Grooves(Rosewood) on it:

It might look very similar to the above. However it says the handle will not fit a URX model. And looking closely, the front sight on the camper buck mark has a fiber optic sight. So I am probably wrong about the model but it would be a close look alike if you could find a way to put that grip on it.

The Buck Mark Camper Stainless looks like the closest one. Perhaps it is the camper with an aftermarket grip?

So you see where the confusion lies. Like you, I thought it was a Camper with aftermarket grips, but I can't find a grip manufacturer that has grooved grips to fit a Camper. Same with the URX. Aftermarket grip manufacturers say they don't make them for URX and UDX models. It's mildly frustrating.

I think there is a way to get them to fit on the URX. I'm sure if you talk to some "do it yerselfers" they might know a trick or two to get the grips on. Might wanna post this in the pistol section and see if you have any luck.

I am almost positive that is the camper series because all the buck mark's I looked at, the camper series is the only one with the rounded barrel (unless there is some older model I haven't seen).

Judging by Browning's gun descriptions the Camper (stainless or black) can be had with standard composite grips or "Ultragrip RX" grips. These are the same grips as listed on a Practical URX.

Since MGW states that their Rosewood grips will not fit UDX or URX models I would think that they would then fit a camper model with standard composite grips, which include a stainless camper model with standard composite grips.

So it looks like a stainless camper with MGW grips to me.

In case some of you care to know...

It's just a Buck Mark Camper Stainless with the optional scope base with reflex sight and custom grips.

This particular reflex sight has been re-branded by just about everyone. eg. Browning, Nc-Star, Tru-Glo, Barska, Aimpoint etc etc.

If you can source the grip, that's what I really want. I can't find any grooved grips for the Camper.
