Details: Martini Action. 22LR? 30" barrels. Double Set Triggers. Unmarked except for the barrel.

Who made it? Is it .22? (Seller is a long way to go visit)

Belgian proof marks .The martini could be made by Francotte,I have a Francotte made martini 22 sporting rifle retailed by JVennables and sons of England.Probably not 22 as it should be marked 22 as mine is,sounds like it might be one of the parlour type guns that was popular at the time
 
6mm flobart, .22 would be marked 220 is my best guess, unless it's had a barrel liner installed, in which case it's a $450 dollar frankingun
 
the crown R and cenotaph are Belgian and mean since 1853 Liege View stamp and inspectors mark for firearms "Perron"
 
Yup. Flobert, pre Warnant breechblock.

Probably chambered for 6mm Flobert, a VERY low powered round.
If it were in overall good condition, I might consider firing
one with Aguila Colibri ammo, but nothing more powerful
