Identify these two rounds

I've had these things since 1995, just sitting around somewere in the garage.

One is a 9mm (i'm pretty sure), with some foreign letters on the bottom ( russian maybe?), and it looks like a FMJ, but the "copper" head is a brown/tan color than the usual shiny gold copper I see, (does that mean anything?)
It has already been fired and theres a hole in the case, I bought it as a keychain.

The other one is some sort of .22, it hasnt been fired (as you can see), and on the bottom of the casing, the letter F is stamped in capitals.

Can someone tell me the;
-manufacturer
-place manufactured?
-use (for the .22)
and whatever else im not mentioning here?
It's just that I've had them for ever and want to know whats what about them.

The crimped .22 ammo is probably bird shot made by Federal .

The russian one looks likr 9mm and the bullet is probably what the Russians used when it was made in 1979.

ППУ - is Serbian Prvi Partizan Uzice. ППУ = PPU.

The 9mm cartridge is made by Prvi-Partizan, in 1979. It could be a 9x19 Luger or 9mm Makarov. the only way to tell the difference is to either measure the length of the case (it would be shorter than an ordinary 9x19 case), or the bullet diameter (.364" diameter rather than .355").

The other cartridge is a .22 birdshot case. It holds a small amount of #12 "dust" shot. the "F", as stated above, means it's a cartridge made by Federal.

anyone know the story behind the bullet color on the 9mm?
Why is it tan color rather than golden copper? ( im just curious is all)

Could be a different type of guilding metal used on the bullet, or it's just showing it's age.
