this is what the headstamps say from top to bottom:

-the very top is factory 30-06. 2nd one down says 30-06 on the headstamp. fireformed reload?

-VI46 48 HA

-doesnt say anything. 3 notches branching off primer

-WRA 43

-RA 43

-SEP 6.35

44mag to the right for bullet size reference

All that I could figure out:

HA=Danish Government Arsenal
WRA=Winchester Repeating Arms
RA=Remington Arms or could be Raufoss Ammunisjonsfabrikker (Norway)
edit: 6.35 Browning might be better known as .25 ACP?
 
third one down looks like a 6.5x55
fourth .223
some kind of 7.5 or 8 mm

second I agree might be a .338
