ID'ing FN Mauser carbine

Help if you can:

* 8x57 calibre

* Serial number 352

* No markings atop the receiver ring

* Capital letters for the "DE" between the words "D'armes" and "Guerre"

* Rear sight goes out to "14"

* has an "FV" on the left side of the receiver ring


Any idea as to which contract?

Couple years ago, I had a 7.92x57 carbine with no receiver markings. Seller said it was either Greek or Netherlands contract model 1930 that was never shipped and surplussed in the 60’s. FV stamp might be PV with an incomplete P, Belgian nitro proof.
 
There are a good many posts about mystery contract FN carbines and short rifles, seems to have been a fairly common theme. I tried matching my serial number to a contract but the lists have huge gaps in them.
 
Consider that someone might have ground some of the serial numbers and markings
The Israeli 's did this a lot in 1948 to cover up where the guns were coming from
