Range is located in Paulynn Park, 1575 Ravenscroft Road in Ajax. The park is South of Taunton Road and North of Rossland Road. It is an indoor range with a comfortable, heated clubhouse with indoor bathrooms. Call (905) 427-9351 if lost on match day. Cost of the match is $25.00. Lunch will be provided.
09:00 A.M. start to around 4:00 P.M. Squads will be filled on a first come first served basis.
The match will consist of 8 stages/scenarios. 4 will be shot before lunch and 4 after lunch. Some scenarios will be presented in low light conditions, so bring a tactical flashlight.
Equipment requirements: Service type pistol, 4 magazines, practical holster and magazine pouch, attached lights allowed. No race guns or speed holsters. 50 rounds of ammunition. Bright, hand held flashlight.
Open to holster qualified shooters only.
Equipment will be evaluated before the match to ensure safety and practicality. If in doubt about your gear, bring alternate equipment.
The range will likely not be heated for this match, but the club house will be. You can wait for your squad to be called in the clubhouse and enter the range to shoot. It is recommended that you have warm clothing as the range can get very cold when the ventilation fans are running.
