Horses? In Calgary maybe.. they have rules about horses north of Reddeer.

Hahaha... the quick answer to both is "no"!

Check out the ATHL! We predominately shoot in Olds at the MVMA.
Also, I believe the Base gun club was looking into starting shooting IDPA in addition to Spruce Grove...not sure where each of those are at in their planning or implimentation process, but the ATHL will help any club we can get off the ground!

I'd love to try out some IDPA in Edmonton (Spruce Grove). However, with the Calgary IDPA being mostly shot at the Olds range, which is between Edmonton and Calgary, it really wouldn't be much more travel for a person from Edmonton to go to IDPA matches in Olds than it is for a person from Edmonton. I'm considering doing so myself.
