you are in porto rico??Puerto Rico. I got that info from their website http://www.tiropracticopr.com/v3/
100.00 bucks for qualifiers. Its weird, I could have sworn ours were expensive too.

IPSC is a sport, no more no less.
Requires skills, dedication and most of all safe handling of firearm.
IPSC is fun and why should it relate to real life situations are you allowed to carry firearms in Quebec???![]()
just to note,..you don't appear to be a member of either IPSC or IDPA.....!??!

They don't allow any forward movement either...
All IPSC matches I've been to in QC are side to side movement only...and they are still challenging and fun to shoot.
I If that's changed and IDPA is now a possibility here in this godforsaken province, then sign me up, pardner!![]()
I have absolutely no issue with that. Who the hell am I to decide what is and isn't a fun "sport"?
You're absolutely right, Mo. I'm a member of neither. And the reason for that is because AFTER I qualified for PPC in09', I realized that IPSC was more competition than practical shooting. And IDPA did not even exist in Quebec as of March 09'. I know because I wanted to sign up for IDPA matches here in Quebec and was told in no uncertain terms that the SQ wouldn't allow it due to rearward movement during the COF.

if you are close to the CRAFM range, check out the IPSC matches they have there,...you might like it
just curious, how did you come to the realization about IPSC you mention above? I have tried PPC type matches, and I used to have to qualify using the B27's. I actually find PPC challenged me in different ways. Anyhow, hope you go and check out a match at CRAFM, they have the schedule on the website.
