They call it suspended. You guess is as good as mine when it starts back up. Don't hold your breath as they are saying either sound silencing walls on wheels or a big berm is required. Personally IDPA made very little noise as far as I am concerned!!!!

You are correct cbabes, effective immediately IDPA is no more at Orono and there is no date as to when it may start up again. I spoke to the President on Friday night at the club and specifically about IDPA and due to the long standing sound issues at Orono that have recently really become an issue for the club, all they are going to do is complete the Saturday event schedule and then it will be the regular Wednesday and Sunday shoot times only. Also Sunday has been bumped back to a 4pm shut down from 5pm. There are several plans being talked about, but nothing in the near future to help start any type of action shooting again. It is unfortunate and I also think there are several easy ways to alleviate the sound to a lower level, but the BOD has set out a plan and they will not stray from it.
 
Well that sucks!
So the BOD as of now or the ones that are no longer?
not sure when all the BOD changes have been made, but I would hope that all members of the club would be informed.
