IDPA power factor

Trying to learn as much as possible about IDPA. My question (this time) is does IDPA have caliber classes and power factors? For example, is there a minimum power factor for my .40 reloads to qualify for matches?

The Enhanced Service Pistol and Stock Service Pistol both have a minimum power factor of 125. 125gr bullet x 1000 fps / 1000 = 125pF
