Does that mean when you go to buy accessories or parts for it you will be paying a lot more 'cause it says "beretta" on it?? Is it like owning a beemer?
Are parts and access. hard to come by or import into canada?? Are CZ's more afforable parts and access. wise? ie. more available aftermarket stuff?? Just want to know BEFORE I make a purchase.
Thanks

From my experience there is really no difference in price when buying accessories. First of all, most accessories are not manufactured or even offered by the OEM. If you're referring to magazines, in that case you can pay more or less for them. Usually aftermarket mags will cost less as compared to factory. Keep in mind that a lot of aftermarket kit does not work as reliably as OEM. What can affect the cost of parts/accessories is the popularity of your pistol. If you had say a Llama from spain or an Astra; you'd probably have a hard time finding parts/accessories and the ones you would find would be much more expensive as compared to a popular brand like Glock, sig, Beretta, etc..

Beretta - Over Priced & Over Rated!

I owned a Beretta 92 when there were virtually none in Canada. Yeah, way back when... Back in those days when you could legally have & use 15 shot magazines... and owned a few other Beretta 9mm's along the way, too. Then later, got an early CZ-75.... remember when they first showed up in Canada with the painted on black "tropical" finish?

Thus ended the love affair with everything Beretta in 9mm... Haven't looked back since. Now for 9mm I only have a BHP MkIII and a Colt Combat Commander. The only Beretta I have is a Model 71 in .22 lr.

No more Beretta 9mm's for this shooter...;)

Are Beretta parts interchangeable with a Taurus 9mm? Model PT99 AF
some are like barrel and locking block. Mags aren't compaible with current berettas (IIRC Taurus has the same mags as older 92F (not the FS) Beretta models...
