I shot this at 100m with my 452 scout. I've been shooting golf balls for a long time... Never had one catch the bullet like this before though.

Golf balls and ping pong balls are great reactive targets at 100. i have seen a few .22s enter a golfball and expand enough they never exited. but paint balls are even more fun to shoot as they splatter but all disappears when it rains.

The only reason I ever spent mony on golf products: golf tees in a piece of lumber to hold paintballs :D lots of fun

That's pretty cool pic. Was the driving range pissed off you were shooting golf balls, with your 22 iron?

I love paintballs ESP on snow.

Was another thread recently about .22 targets, and got some good ideas...Coloured sidewalk chalk, and ice. One even suggested a few drops of food colouring in your icy target is even more fun.

I still like golfballs too. Not being golfer, I think being a target gives them a better purpose!

fiberglass tool handles will absorb most .22's pretty good. Can be had for cheap at places like princess auto and peavey mart then cut up and shot at. Thats what I like about guns: shooting at things you normally wouldnt shoot at, just to see what happens :p
