Igman .30-06 Sprg. okay for M1 Garand?

I see some nearby 150 grain SP Igman .30_06. Seeing as it is 150 grain, even though it is not FMJ, do you think it would be okay for shooting in my Garand?

Should be fine. I've used 150 grain winchesters with no ill effects.
