Igman Ammo, soft brass?

I bought a pile of sealed Igman 30-06, 150gr.

I shot some and they chamber great, they shoot great, no sign of pressure problems but when I eject the brass I notice a mark of the extractor groove. The primer is not flat at all, nothing is popped, the bolt is not stiff, the brass just seems to be soft.

Anyone else shoot this stuff and notice similar things?
 
I have 150 pieces of 7mm Igman 175g once fired brass here with no marks at all. My understanding to date have been that it is phenomenal brass for reloading...comparable to Nosler and Lapua....certainly not as soft as Lapua in my opinion.

Could it be your extractor? Or headspace?

I actually just found the brass again and I cannot see the mark, but there was a slight colour difference when I shot them.

We measured the cases against new and against cases shot in known good guns (poor mans headspace gauge) and there was not a problem. I also shot grey box Winchester in this rifle and no problems there. I did shoot some MFS and it was over pressure stuff, I broke them all down to take the bullets for reloading. This is a Parker Hale Safari, so a Mauser 98 action with a sporter 30-06 barrel on it.

My friend said the brass may be soft like Federal, he has a lot more knowledge than me and said there is nothing to worry about, no necking at the web, just a mark on the head, a bright spot.
 
If the ammo is undersized that could be the cause of the extractor marks. I've used some 30'06 to reload for my Garands and it's held up well. Flash holes are very undersized and some decapping pins won't fit. I used a uniform/deburr tool to open them up.
The factory loads were not accurate at all, but the brass is OK after some prep.

I wonder if that may be the case, I will measure some against the Winchester.

I can upon this stuff through a neighbour, the 150gr does not seem to do well but I am pretty sure my Parker Hale is a 1 in 10 twist, which may explain it, also the stock had warped and was touching the barrel, I have not shot it since free floating the barrel again. The brass just seemed soft, similar to what I have heard about Federal brass, no signs of pressure on the primer area, no gas leak, just a mark from there the extractor opening in the bolt. I am going to clean the bolt like crazy before going out to shoot again and take some pictures of the head, I don't think there is anything wrong with the gun as Winchester brass looks fine, just an odd mark on the head of the Igman stuff.
