I'm an idiot... Can you help? Front sight height VZ58?

So I swapped out my front sight after cutting the front sight guard from a circle to more like ears. I removed the front sight so I would damage it but I forgot to measure the height so I could roughly reinstall it.

Can someone give me a measurement from the inside of the bore to the top of the front sight?

I run a 25 yard zero but any info would be better than what I've got at the moment. lol

1.806 from the bottom of the bore. Kinda awkward to get a proper measurement

Sounds like a great excuse to go shoot off a rest asap! A little trial and error is fun with cheap ammo.

I will sight it back in just need a reference point to start from

And yeah any excuse to shoot is worth taking
