I'm considering upgrading my scope on my Kimber 84M Montana in .243.
Can't remember the scope I have on there now, I remember it's stainless, and not to big to keep the weight down.
At the moment, I will use the rifle for shots under 100 yards, at deer mostly, on long distance canoe, hiking and biking trips, as I have more powerful scopes and rifles for longer range and heavier animals like elk and moose. Perhaps with a better scope, I can make this rifle as good as my Sako Finnlight, which I just mounted a Vortex Viper HS 4-16x40.
What would you put on there if it was your gun?
