I am wondering where do I take misfired or damaged ammo in alberta. Any RCMP shop? or a gun club? I need to know so I can put this into my shooting range instructions for approval

Sorry Ill be more clear, I am building an approved range on my land and need this info on my range operating instructions,

I dont bother my CFO too much if I can find the answer somewhere else as I already speak with him twice a week regarding construction
