I have some prohibited converted full autos that I want to get deactivated so i'm looking for a gunsmith that has been approved to do the work. Please contact me with your qualifications. You can reach me through Gunnutz reply or direct at dt969b@gmail.com

Thank you

Dan

Any chance you want to sell rather than destroy them?

The new guidelines make dewatts brutally ugly and given the new guideline few gunsmiths are taking them on.

I'm sorry about your loss :(

Collectors Source:

"Deactivation to Canadian specifications in effect at the time of service. Price applies to steel frames only. For other materials please contact us for quote. Includes deregistration application and deactivation report for your records. Return shipping and taxes are additional."

$200 "Deactivation of a Fully Automatic or Converted Automatic Firearm"

Out of curiosity what are you getting neutered? I know several people with private museums if you are interested in selling the final product.

Collector's Source's deactivations are reportedly top notch work. If they are as nicely done as I've heard, $200 may be a bargain with good return on your investment if you plan on selling to younger and unfortunately less privileged collectors.
