Ok so my futile attempts at getting what I want have all failed. I have four USGI presentation grade synthetics I would like painted in a McMillan schemes. Any idea of who/where that won't leave me disappointed?

"...USGI presentation grade synthetics..." No such thing. Not that it matters.
"...McMillan schemes..." Those are done by machines. The purpose of cammouflage is to alter the shape of whatever you're putting it on. So a primer followed by any random shapes will do. You can get tape if you're afraid of paint. Use the Krylon camou colours.

Incorrect.

He us talking about USGI presentation grade synthetic stocks. He has four of them to paint.

Actually McMillan uses molded in patterns when making the stocks. Not sprayed on by machine if that is what you are implying.

A few things to clarify, Sunray apparently you've never ordered or heard Fred's m14 stocks, so I repeat I have 4 like new 40+ year old original take stocks, that are presentation grade by definition of Fred. What ever that means to you. Another thing I know the mcmillians are molded. So if any one has any real info pertaining to my question please feel free to chime in

My favourite (notice how I spelled that one correctly, hee hee) McMillan camouflage scheme is the Forest Woodland.

I've painted stocks and entire guns for myself and a couple of friends with Krylon's camo paints. However, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it for someone I don't know. Also, the Krylon is less than durable.

I have found that Khaki with an OD lightly sprayed overlay was one of the best camo schemes for the foliage in this area. Sometimes, I use leaves and twigs, cedar sprigs work very well too, for overlay stencils. The objective is to make the firearm camouflaged and blended in with the scenery, not stand out.
