Does anyone know where they are made and what the quality is like? I know on their website it says they are assembled in the UK but I wonder if that means they source their parts from somewhere else? Anybody got one and like it?

Exactly. All that can be inferred from putting the pieces together is that these are Chinese guns (hastily) assembled in the UK. So basically they appear to be Norincos for twice the price because an Englishman may have tightened a few screws... IMO, save your money and buy a Norinco and 1000 rounds of ammo for the same price. YMMV, of course.

I do feel bad for any dealers that brought these in thinking that they were going to be selling a UK-made AR similar in quality to the Sabre product.
 
for some reason when I do a search it always comes back with no results on just about anything. Do I have something setup wrong or are other people having this problem?

It's not you, it's the new upgrades to CGN. When you click on "search" you now get taken to the advanced search window. Scroll down and look on the left hand side. You will see something like "search all posts since" and it will be defaulted to "your last visit". you need to select a longer time frame form the drop down list. That's all. But if you're not looking for it, it's easy to miss.
