Importation - Steyr-Mannlicher M.1905 pistol

Hello,

I would like to import that pistol from the US. Original caliber is 7.63 Mannlicher, often erroneously called as "7.65 mannlicher".

According to me, it can be legally import with a standard RPAL (without that famous 12.6 class), assuming GRC knows difference between 7.63 Vs. 7.65...

Is my "intellectual approach" seems to be correct?

This pistol would complement perfectly my WWI Steyr-Mannlicher pistol family (Roth-Steyr 1907 and Steyr-Hahn 1912).

Yes, the Mannlicher 1905 is restricted. I'd try contacting Clay at Prophet River once you find one down there.

Thank you very much for your inputs. You're right for Prophet River. Absolutely no complaints about the quality of their service (Melissa took care of my Roth-Steyr...).
