Guys. I found an online form that you can fill out for the international import certificate

https://excol-ceed.gc.ca/excol/Forms/IIC/IIC.aspx?recordId=-1

It took me less than 1/2 hour to complete the registration and submitting the application for the IIC. Thanks guys for all of your input.
