Importing Conversion Kit

I'm unclear as to what exactly I can import.

Am I allowed to import the Archangel conversion kit?

It does not include a barrel or a reciever of any kind - it's just a shell. I would think it would be okay.

Thoughts?

Yes you can. It's not Canada that's the problem but the USA. Most US dealers won't because of the hassle but Brownell's.com will ship it, and it's also the cheapest at $124. I was interested and e-mailed them, they replied it could be shipped. Good luck.

I think the only thing not allowed in as far as stocks go are those of a bullpup design.

Again, I just don't see how it could be a problem....

It is a problem on the US side if you are not a licenced exporter.
You really do not want to get caught violating US arms control law.
