Importing Golden Tiger Ammunition

Can any importers bring this ammunition into Canada. It would be a great addition to the military caliber market here in Canada. It did have good reviews down in the USA. It looks like they have an application for distribution right on their main page.

I think it's from Russia, so isn't it subject to sanctions and not permitted right now? Or is does that only apply to Russian firearms?
