are there any gun dealers that anyone would recomend that would or could import the 930 spx blackwater ? i would be very greatfull for any info thanks in advance

The 930 Blackwater (as it sits) holds too many shells being a semi-auto and thus is prohibited in its finished form. That being said...Mossberg has said they won't modify it to send it north (I initially wanted this model and spoke with Wanstalls about getting it. I had to settled on the 590A1 pump version). So you'd have to find someone selling it and have it modified to only hold 5 rounds prior to coming north. Not sure who would do that for you. I'd talk to prophet river (site sponsor above who imports) and talk it over with them. Maybe they can have that mod done prior to coming up...worth a shot.

thanks ill try that . i thought or screwy law said 3 in a semi auto shot gun and 5 for restricted ?

All firearms have universal magazine limitation rules,
Manual Action firearms (bolt, pump, lever etc): Unlimited Magazine capacity
Rimfire "long-arms": Unlimited magazine capacity
Semi-Automatic Centerfire "long-arms": Five rounds in the magazine
Pistols: 10 rounds in the magazine
Revolvers: Unlimited (to my knowledge, though good luck finding one with more than 10 shots)

You may only have a total of three rounds in your shotgun when hunting Migratory birds, or to comply with other local hunting bylaws. Magazine capacities as stated above may vary by region, with local bylaws limiting capacity in a variety of situations. Check your local hunting regulations, and any other regulations to see what the local rules are.

Hopefully that clears it up. Hopefully everything is right, though I can't see why it wouldn't be.
