Improve Your Shotgun Pattern for Turkey

Here's a link to an article that details how to polish your shotgun barrel to improve your shot patterns. Seems like an easy weekend project most of us here could handle.

Would this work for chromed barrel? Do you do this with the choke? How do you ensure you are not twisting the drill bit along the length of the barrel other then eyeballing?

I've been doing it for years and I also use a little different tools for the trade.
