I am not a gunsmith, but I did sleep at a super 8.The SKS trigger is pretty easy to improve. There are lots of DIY trigger jobs on the Net, but they seem overly complicated to do without a well stocked machine shop. The following is what I did to my russian sks and I have done this to all my chinese sks. It does not make a match grade benchrest trigger, but it does make one that is at least not as awful.
First check to see if your gun has a negative engagement. This is bad juju. It means the gun could go off if it is dropped. Make sure it is empty, #### it on an empty chamber. Drop it on a mat on a concreat floor. The gun should not go off. If it does you should send the assembly to a gunsmith.
OK now for the simple DIY trigger job.

Remove the mag catch and the sear
Polish the sear engagement surface with jewelers rouge and dremel. It is the shiney part on this sear.

Clean the rouge off of the sear, lubricate it. Put the sear back in then the spring, mag catch. Compress the mag catch and tap the Pin back into place.
Remove the Hamme.r Wear Safety glasses, that hammer is held in place by a 34 lb spring and it will turn into a projectile as soon as it is released.
Polish the engagement area on the Hammer, The shiney part on the bottom of this one shown.

Clean the rouge off of the hammer, and lubricate it. Reassemble trigger Assembly. Put it back into the gun, test for function. Do the test stated at the begining to make sure that you did not create an unsafe condition.
