Anyone using 8133 in 300 WM using 168 grain bullet?
Hodgdon has a load for 200 grain bullet with statrtig at 73.6 and max @80.

Would/should I start at 74 g and work up?

Should be a reasonable starting point. Follow COAL recommendations and chronograph for excessive velocity. You'll see pressure in the data before you feel it in the bolt lift (generally). I'd probably go half-grain increments up to about 78.5, then work up more carefully.

It (IMR 8133) does not the have the correct burn rate for the application. It would be suitable for the heaviest bullets: 212 and 220 grains.
