Has anyone seen any of the new IMR 8208 XBR powder in Canada yet?

I've emailed Higginson twice asking if they have the powder and what packaging it's being sold in and the price. It's been about 2 weeks since the my first email.

Poor business practice IMO

I bought 8lbs from them but I have not tried it yet. $208 plus tax and shipping.
 
Called higginson, called right back 8lbs cost $208.00 ordered that and bunch of other powder to get over 25 lbs and got it 5 days later acrossthe country.

Yeah, don't bother with Higginson, they're not worth your time.
