I have the 18.5 but I was thinking the sme load that would produce 2550 in a regular 22 inch version ! If you have the load manuall with info regarding service rifles there should be a recipe for standard match load with 4064
41.5g gets you just over 2500 in a 24 inch tube @ 43,800 psi. - 42g under a 165 gets just on 2550, so you'll be around 42.5g with a 168, but all these are on a 24 inch tube, so you might need to go higher. Max load would be 45.9g (compressed) @58,800 psi
My Lyman book (49th edition) shows that a start load of 40.0 gr is 2415 fps and a max load of 45.0 gr is 2717fps. Try starting at 41.0 gr and adjust from there.
This was from a 24" barrel using Rem brass and primers, 168 smk and 4064.
