In-Person Filing

Hey guys,

I live in QC and I sent an application for an RPAL but I forgot to include the in-person filing form (for Quebec residents only). They sent a copy of my application back, and every page has a sticker with a bar-code on it. With that, they included the in-person filing form along with a small return envelope. I am just wondering if, once I get this form completed, I need to send the entire application back (it's clearly a copy, it just has a sticker on every page) or just the new form in the small envelope provided?

I was also wondering if anyone would know about how much longer the application will take from this point on.

Usually the application and the in person form is sent separately one by you and one signed and sent by the Local cops although they don't feel compelled to pay for the mailing LOL. I would send the complete package back after your local Police dept have signed & stamped it..
