French Ticker is collectable or just a shooter?

First and foremost, it's never been issued. Factory /26\ and year of production 1978. Like brand new and absolutely immaculate. It was just strategically stored after manufacturing. I've had one for over a year and IMHO it's the most accurate SKS of all I had so far, both Russians and Chinese.
