The Novus PDS-1 is a reproduction of the Russian IP87 prism dot sight. It is a battle proven design featuring an 6061-T6 housing with durable epoxy coating and a circle dot reticle (60+2MOA) for superior target acquisition. The sight is rated to 1000G of shock resistance and is IPX8 waterproof.
5 Daylight and 4 Night Vision settings ensure optimal reticle brightness regardless of the lighting conditions and Anti-Reflective and Anti-Fog lens coatings ensure that regardless of the environment, the sight can still be used. Improvements over the original design include an auto-sleep/auto-awake function and a 8000 hour battery life, all on a standard 1.5V AA battery.
