I ran my own business for 17 years,and experienced first hand how difficult it can be to provide first class service to my customers with an ever increasing demand for more expansion and demand, dealing with and trying to find decent help. let's face it we all still have to have time for our family and friends at the end of the day. we all want it now but at what cost. Let's cut these people some slack, due to our desire for really cool firearms they are doing the best they can to meet our needs for the latest/greatest at a good price. They are trying their best and we just need to be understanding.
I finally gave up closed the business and went to work for someone else because it was too much to handle.

I appreciate your honesty, I'm glad that in spite of the difficulties it finally worked out in the end. and I hope that they will finally deal with me too, but so far its hard to have a positive outlook when you're in the middle of it.
