Guy's: I Picked Up My Sausage Today From M&s Meats In Winnipeg.i Am Very Impressed With The Result.the Owner John A Old Country Polish Fellow Is Very Passionate About His Sausage Making.i Had Course Sausage,smokies And Pepperoni's Made.this Is By Far The Best I Have Ever Tasted.he Showed Me The Very Lean Pork He Uses.prices Were $2.50 Lb For Sausage And Smokies And $2.75 For Pepperoni.i Will Be Bringing In Some Venison Soon.would Really Like To Have Dry Salami Made.give M&s A Try,you Will Not Be Disappointed.
 
Ya thanks, I have been making jerky out of my goose but pepperoni sounds pretty damb good also. Is that the place on main St?

Yes it is on main street just before selkirk on the east side.go to the back phone number 942-4924.my only minor complaint with the pepperoni is that it could be a bit more "spicy".he uses VERY LEAN pork.you won't have to hang to dry your sausages.the course sausage is by far the best i have ever had!! i had venison done from all over the province only midway meats in pinefalls comes close but his pricing is insane!! he does not package it for you,no big deal.
