Individual to individual ammo sale - what courier ?????

I'm a bit perplexed at the moment - I sold some ammo to another CGN member, and when I went to get a shipping quote, not a single courier service would ship. I've tried DHL, UPS, Fedex, and Purolator - none will ship ammo from individual to individual. They will only ship from factory to business, from business to business, and from business to individual. They all told me that special licences or permits for shipping are available only to businesses.
Canada post will not ship ammo at all.

Is there a courier in Ontario that anyone knows of that will ship individual to individual? Any info appreciated.

canpar does as i just called today. she said as long as it says 104-s on the package and it doesnt say ammunition on the box they will take it. what they dont know wont hurt them...

Canpar is pretty much the only way to go for individuals right now, anybody else will promptly call the RCMP if they figure out the package's contents and will get you in a heap of trouble over nothing (I work for one of those that you mentioned , in fact, we may have spoken to each other since I distinctly recall one customer asking that question recently, and it's pretty unusual). Been there for almost 8 years now.
