I'am undecided what type to purchase i want something that
can be used in any weather.
what type of scope hunting in the mountains and marsh.
average shoot 350-400 yrds
 
What is your price range?

A Stevens 200 in 22-250 can be had for $299 plus tax. I suppose what you're hunting would determine how much scope you need - coyotes? gophers?
