I spent most of my time on my two lee enfields today ......a long branch sporter and my no III that i am bringing back ........I really enjoyed it I am picking a no4 longbranch USA property this spring .......and i can't get the urge to pick up a jungle carbine at a local dealer.
I think i need help

If the No4 is marked "US Property" then it will be a Savage, not Long Branch.
 
Enfieldits / No known cure !

..... There is no known cure; the "affliction" sometimes goes into "remission" but it invariably returns ! ...... David K. ......:canadaFlag:

They didn't need the savages or use them. They produced them to give to Britain as part of the Lend-Lease program. As such, they had to be marked "US Property" because technically they were on loan.

Actually there is a cure but it involves a Voodoo Priestess and sheep entrails, after which you end up with bit parts in campy horror pics.
