Depends on what 70% overall condition means. Is the bore and mechanical condition worn, loose, or ? Or does 70% condition only refer to the wood and metal finish? Makes a difference to a potential buyer. If the mechanical and bore condition is showing wear and tear it reduces value more than external wear to the finish.
 
I've had one for about 30 yrs. Paid $300 bucks for it at time. I thought it was good value even at that time. Very accurate well built rifle. Had it to the range a few times this summer. My 10 yr old Grandson calls it his 22 sniper rifle. I can see why he would think that. Got an old Weaver K-10 mounted. Mine is parkerized -not blued. Did some see military service? If you feel the price is fair I don't think you will regret buying it.

They are a steal at 500, but are hard to sell for more. Those that have them love them others are not informed about them. Very much a heavy barrel CZ 452. All this is JMHO and it’s worth what you are paying for it :) AJ
 
If the barrel is good, it'll be one of the better shooting rifles you ever buy, I still regret selling mine. Condition (70% of what exactly) is everything. If it's worn finish dinged wood don't sweat it.
 
I presume are are talking the receiver mounted peep sight? if so , That is a extra 100.oo
I still have a front sling mount for those. 10 years ago good ones where going for 400.oo, so these days 500.oo would be fine. I have seen ones at 600.oo that is pushing it , I think.
All the ones I have had, about 3 or 4 never had bright blue finish. they where all matt blue, same with the #3's as well They had beach stock If one shot poor , it was the operator.
 
I’ve been watching the EE for one and the average asking price is usually between $700 to $900. Of course, they range in shape and quality. One sold at a recent auction for $475 plus fee’s so depends who’s selling and who’s buying. I’m sure everyone would love to get $1000 for their 22 but not always going to happen.
