Info needed: RS-Q1 rifle

Hi all

I've been aware of the RS-Q1 rifle at a low level for a while but very very little info appears to be available. I was hoping that people could give me:

A website
A Manufacturer

Any form of concrete info past a youtube video

Not in the FRT at all, as far as I can see. That is the first of many issues I can foresee with this platform.

On the youtube video in the comments they claim that MDI made an altered copy of their design. Assuming these are two different designs then they would not be covered by the FRT.

It is also worth noting that under interview the former head of the RCMP firearms lab stated that two identical firearms receivers would not be treated the same because one says 712 and the other 715 (one was NR the other prohib despite using literally the same internal parts).

If the firearms lab is saying that the writing on the side of a firearm is enough to create a different firearm then I'd love to see someone make a ton of AE-15s as non-restricted as AR-15s are prohib

2. What proof do you have that they are rubbish?
3. How did you learn this?

Until we get solid linked to evidence I can't assume this claim has any credence
