Info on Enfield 1916

I had that thing for years... But no wood for it, was sitting in crappy Ligthgow wood from another lee enfield that was not in decent conditions

It is an Enfield made, 1916 with matching bolt, barrel and rear sight. Any other place should I look for serial number?

Serial number is D with 4 digits...
Trigger housing itself has the same D17 code as the other side of the barrel.
front sight is marked 015
Could not find marking on the brass buttplate
The Mag is full or markings with crown. Mag follower has the arrow with
EFL
DD

Nice rifling too, and the chamber looks fine

If I decide to sell it, what would be a fair price?
Could it be a nice project for someone?

I'm into pistols and AR, so I am basically a newbie in milsurp weapons,

Once I get the laptop out, will post the pics
