Looks like an American belt for the M1919 GPMG in 30-06

Helmet is an air raid wardens helmet made for the Cdn Dept of Pensions and Health, which ran the AW progam by, the General Steel Wares Co c1942. AW helmet was made of mild steel not the alloy steel used in the service helmet.
