Does anyone know is there any restrictions on ordering at trijicon scope from usa, will it get blocked at border as restricted item,

All optics are now subject to the department of commerce, and they require a permit for everything.

Board rules require that all postings about cross border sales abide by the laws of both countries. Private sales are legally no different than sales from companies.

To expand, if the parcel is purchased on E-bay and is accurately described when shipped, US Customs are liable to intercept it on the way out of the country. If it is deceptively described, CBSA may seize it as it comes into Canada.
