Info on Remington G3

Have any of you guys had any experience with the 1100G3? I saw one today and really looked great, Im thinking of picking one up, Has anyone had any problems with them or any good info on them?

Any info is much appreciated
 
I have one and I love it. I have fired 500 rounds of both remington light game 2.75 and federals as well as cheap winnies through it and it cycled absolutly flawlessly. and it is a beautiful firearm to bout, well above Remingtons seemingly low standards of today.

My only problem is that I have the 28" model and I would have rather had the 26" barrel. Just my personnal preferance.

why don't you order a 26" and I'll swap ya...hint/nudge.

I also want the 26 inch as well:) but in my case I am going to order one in left hand model. Let me ask you, have you fired any heavy magnum loads through it? and if so, how did it perform?
 
No not any heavy stuff. But if time allows this weekend maybe I could get out and send a few down the barrel and let you know.

Only downside to this gun is that I will never take it into the field or the pond, it just looks too pretty
