Info on Schmitt and Bender Red Dot

I have a Schmitt and Bender red dot sight that is marked Priemer Reticles.It is 5 in. long.
Looking for info on age and value.Mount is my own design.Objective is 40mm and eyepiece is 28mm.Light settings from 0 to 11.
