Information needed “The Newton Hand Reloading Tool”

I just bought a lot from an estate included in the package was a round tube with a hand reloading tool inside it has instructions on the tube. As per my header it’s a Newton hand reloading tool. I can’t find much info on the web, what it did find indicates it was probably made in the late twenties to early thirties

It’s always fun trying to figure out what you have. I have a few different loading tools and presses that are over a 100 years old. Then you have to figure out how they work. Then you realize why they are no longer made.
